New home; Kaukauna, Wisconsin: 21st Century Midwestern house is a Focus on Energy rated home using super-insulated, tight construction, a fully automatic HVAC and fresh air system, in-floor radiant heat and a high efficiency tankless water heater. Unused space was turned into a workshop and the exposed basement provided a new walkway to the Fox River. Timber Innovations handcrafted custom Cherry cabinets, architectural woodwork trim and stair pieces.

Riverside Home participated in the Home Builders Association of the Fox Cities (HBAFC) 2014 Winter Parade of Homes, the most recognized and respected open house event in the Fox Cities area for home building, buying and remodeling. Timber Innovations’ craftsmanship and artistry were warmly received by guests to the home.
